Job title: Teamcenter / PLM System Administrator
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter/PLM System Administrator to install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter and Teamcenter Quality environments. You will manage the Ops Center modules and ensure integration with MES/ERP, monitor system health, and support internal logistics systems for material flow, line feeding and warehouse integration.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure and maintain Teamcenter and Teamcenter Quality environments.
- Administer Ops Center modules (Execution, Intelligence, APS) and ensure integration with MES/ERP; monitor system state, performance and availability.
- Support and maintain internal logistics (IPL) systems for material flow, line feeding and warehousing integration.
- Manage interfaces between PLM, MES, ERP (e.g., SAP) and manufacturing systems; ensure data consistency and synchronization across engineering, logistics and production.
- Ensure IT security standards, access control and audit requirements; implement user roles and system policies; create and maintain system documentation, SOPs and training materials.
- Perform system maintenance such as backups, patching and vulnerability assessments; evaluate and implement improvements for efficiency and user-friendliness.
- Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for users in engineering, logistics and production; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to system upgrades, migrations and the introduction of new features; support digital transformation toward Industry 4.0 and traceability.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience with Siemens PLM and manufacturing systems; strong understanding of manufacturing processes and digital factory concepts.
- Good knowledge of Teamcenter, Teamcenter Quality and Ops Center; Siemens certifications or training in PLM/MOM tools.
- Experience with IPL systems and internal material flow processes; knowledge of SAP, MES and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, Oracle/SQL databases, virtualization; CAD integrations (NX, Solid Edge).
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
- Very good English; German language skills are advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Siemens certifications or trainings in PLM/MOM tools; experience with SAP/MES integrations.
- German language skills are advantageous for daily collaboration.
