About the Role The role focuses on the installation, configuration and maintenance of Teamcenter and Teamcenter Quality environments, along with administration of Ops Center modules and ensuring integration with MES/ERP. You will also support Intraplant Logistics (IPL) systems, manage interfaces between PLM, MES and ERP, and contribute to digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. What You'll Do
- Install, configure and maintain Teamcenter and Teamcenter Quality environments
- Administer Ops Center modules (Execution, Intelligence and APS) and ensure integration with MES/ERP; monitor system health, performance and availability across platforms
- Support and maintain IPL systems for internal material flow, line feeding and warehouse integration
- Manage interfaces between PLM, MES, ERP (e.g., SAP) and shopfloor systems
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across engineering, logistics and product platforms
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and audit requirements; implement user roles, access controls and system policies; create and maintain system documentation, SOPs and training materials
- Conduct regular system backups, patching and vulnerability assessments; evaluate and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for engineering, logistics and production users; collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations and rollout of new features; support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives What We're Looking For
- Completed studies in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience with Siemens PLM and manufacturing systems; understanding of manufacturing processes and digital factory concepts
- Good knowledge of Teamcenter, Teamcenter Quality and Ops Center; related Siemens certifications or training in PLM/MOM tools
- Experience with IPL systems and internal material flow; knowledge of SAP, MES and warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, Oracle/SQL databases and virtualization; experience with CAD integrations (NX, Solid Edge)
- Scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Python)
- Very good knowledge of English written and spoken; German as a plus Nice to Have
