Job title: Team Operations Manager
About the Role River City Sportplex is seeking a Team Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations and support the management team in delivering ice sports programs and events. This role will ensure smooth operations, safety, and excellent guest experiences while coordinating with the leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily facility operations including ice events, public skating, and program activities.
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resources with multiple departments and management team.
- Ensure safety, maintenance, sanitation, and customer service standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with department heads (Hockey Director, Facility Operations, Sales & Marketing Director) to execute programs and events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operations management or leadership role at a sports/entertainment venue preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and events with attention to guest experience and safety.
Nice to Have
- Experience in ice sports or rink environment is a plus.
