About the Role The Team Member interfaces with customers and team members to support selling initiatives and complete assigned tasks, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience at Tractor Supply. This role helps make the life out here better for neighbors and teams by providing friendly service and reliable store support. What You'll Do
- GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer to deliver Legendary Customer Service
- Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures
- Recovery of merchandise and participation in mandatory freight process
- Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets); assemble merchandise; perform janitorial duties
- Execute price changes/markdowns
- Operate Forklift (age 18+) and Cardboard Baler (age 18+)
- Assist customers with loading purchases
