About the Role Team Members interact with customers and fellow team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks. This role requires dependable attendance, flexible hours, and a focus on helping neighbors and teams in Tractor Supply stores. The position involves a mix of customer service, merchandising, and store operations, including safety and poultry care when required. What You'll Do
- Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, and ask to add value with appreciation (GURA).
- Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures; recover and stock merchandise; assist with loading purchases.
- Participate in mandatory freight process and complete plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets).
- Assemble merchandise, perform janitorial duties, and execute price changes/markdowns.
