• Team Member: greet guests, take orders, prep food, maintain high cleanliness standards, and support the team as needed.
• Charcoal Cook: cook over open coals to perfection of our charcoal chicken with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Shift Leader: motivate and engage team during peak periods, uphold the highest food safety standards and guest service, and look for ways to upskill staff.
• Assistant Restaurant Manager: assist in daily operations, lead during busy periods, ensure orders are fresh and on time, and work with the Restaurant Manager to improve financial and inventory efficiencies and meet KPI targets.
• Restaurant Manager: oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, manage financial performance, quality control, inventory, and training; foster a high-energy work environment.
• EJ Support Office: contribute to success from the support office and collaborate with a team of professionals. What We're Looking For
