Job title: Team Member – Quality Control (QC)
About the Role Team Member – Quality Control (QC) performs routine analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, in-process samples, and finished products in GMP/GLP/GDP compliance. Operates and calibrates laboratory instruments such as HPLC, maintains data integrity, documentation, and readiness of reagents and solutions, and reports results including handling OOS/OOT deviations. Supports method verification/transfer and coordinates through MES for sample release and tracking. Participates in training, analyst qualification, instrument maintenance coordination, and shift handovers.
What You'll Do
- Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, in-process samples, APIs, stability samples, and working standards according to SOPs.
- Operate analytical instruments (HPLC, etc.) with proper calibration and validation checks.
- Prepare mobile phase/reagents/solutions; verify chemical validity; use clean glassware; ensure proper column selection and water quality.
- Record and maintain analytical data; ensure chromatograms are clear; report OOS/OOT and incidents; perform method transfer/verification; release samples through MES; maintain records; support lab maintenance requests.
- Ensure laboratory safety and housekeeping; complete LMS trainings and analyst qualification; ensure smooth shift handovers; participate in audits and QMS activities.
What We're Looking For
- MSc in Chemistry; 2–6 years of experience in QC.
- Technical skills: HPLC; Empower data processing; Wet analysis. Familiarity with GMP/GLP/GDP.
- Strong documentation, data integrity, and problem-solving; ability to work with SOPs, LIMS, MES.
- Good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; attention to detail; commitment to quality and safety.
Nice to Have
- Experience with method verification/transfer; instrument maintenance coordination; MES/LIMS familiarity.
