Job title: Team Member (Production)
About the Role The Team Member will support adjustment, operation and supervision of production machines in a manufacturing setting, ensuring quality and on-time completion according to factory regulations and TSOP/FDC guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Assist with adjustment, operation and supervision of machines according to regulations and work instructions
- Set up machines according to the setting-up plan
- Perform quality controls per TSOP and report deviations to the supervisor
- Monitor technical state and ensure the machine functions flawlessly; initiate actions in case of technical errors and report
- Check safety installations and ensure compliance
- Separate defective material and defective product; carry out optical defect inspection and mark defects
- Record manufacturing and testing documentation accurately
- Manage resources, auxiliary materials, subassemblies, residuals and operating materials; supply and disposal of tools in time
- Ensure compliance with procedures defined in the function manual or IMS
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within automotive or chemical industry
- Knowledge of Lean Production, 5S, PDCA
- Willingness to work onsite in Pune, India

- Knowledge in polymer process
