About the Role Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to support pet care and customer service in a store environment. The role focuses on helping pets and their families with products and services to keep them healthy and happy, with duties assigned by supervisors; work involves exposure to animals. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service and assist customers with pet care needs.
- Assist with store operations, stocking, and animal-related tasks as assigned.
- May involve driving as part of job duties. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required.
- Preferred knowledge: Knowledge of animals.
- Ability to work in conditions with exposure to cats and dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments.
- Physical requirements: Sitting, standing, walking, kneeling/bending. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $18.56 - $23.65 hourly.
