Job title: Team Member - Manufacturing (Liquid) - Operator

Role and responsibilities: You will be responsible for the operation, verification, calibration, and proper use of instruments in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area. You will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and cleaning of all manufacturing equipment used in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area. You will be responsible for performing and documenting in-process checks in accordance with approved BMRs and SOPs. You will be responsible for participating in troubleshooting activities to minimize operational risks and equipment downtime during breakdowns. You will be responsible for the operation, verification, calibration, and proper utilization of manufacturing equipment in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area. You will be responsible for the execution, review, and recording of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs), e-logbooks, calibration and verification records, ECRs, and other related documents through PAS-X (Process Automation System). You will be responsible for the execution of CLITA activities and the logging, monitoring, and closure of Red Tags and White Tags in the AMPLE system. You will be responsible for reporting and recording Near Misses, Unsafe Acts, and Unsafe Conditions in the SHEHUB system. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying SCADA/L2 batch reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. You will be responsible for documentation activity like deviations, calibration, change control etc. related to manufacturing area You will be responsible for identifying process abnormalities, implementing lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Autonomous Maintenance, and coordinating small project modifications with plant leads.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification

• Diploma/Graduation in pharmacy, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or related field is mandatory.

Work Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience.
