Ibis hotel Den Haag City Centre is het leukste hotel van Den Haag met 197 kamers, een trendy ontbijtruimte, restaurant en bar. Bij ibis hotel Den Haag City Centre zorg je er samen met een team van collegae voor dat onze gasten een fantastisch verblijf hebben in ons hotel.

Jij bent flexibel beschikbaar om zowel aan de receptie als af en toe in het (ontbijt)restaurant te staan. Bij het behandelen van vragen en/of klachten weet jij de gasten te verrassen. Jij zoekt altijd naar de beste oplossing of een goed alternatief.

Wie zoeken we

Voor deze vacature zijn wij op zoek naar een teamplayer die professioneel doch enthousiast, creatief, lekker spontaan en vooral zichzelf is! Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand waarbij het Hospitality bloed door de aderen stroomt. Liefst met enige ervaring in de Hospitality branche.

Wij werken met Opera Cloud in de receptie, ervaring met dit programma is een Pré. Je beschikt over goede Nederlandse en Engelse communicatieve- en sociale vaardigheden en ben je 3-5 dagen flexibel inzetbaar.

Functie-eisen

De nieuwe medewerker receptie van ibis hotel Den Haag City Centre kan rekenen op:

• Salaris iets hoger dan marktconform (schaal 5) à € 19,50 inclusief vakantiedagen en toeslagen (fulltime 38 uur)
• Een jong en leergierig team die jou warm ontvangt
• Teamuitjes, ook met medewerkers van collega hotels
• Trainingen via de Accor Academie en bij externe bedrijven (denk aan BHV, maar ook salestrainingen)
• Reiskostenvergoeding na 5 km; parkeergelegenheid voor fiets/scooter en benzine/diesel auto in hartje Den Haag; Fietsplan aangeboden door FISC Free
• Korting op slapen, eten en drinken in Accor Hotels wereldwijd (inmiddels 5000 hotels!)
