About the Role Join Long John Silver's Las Cruces as a Team Member. This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences through friendly service, accurate order taking, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. You will be part of a fast-paced restaurant team and help ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage guests warmly and take accurate orders
- Process payments and ensure accurate cash handling
- Prepare orders as requested with high quality, quickly
- Maintain cleanliness in the service area, dining room, and restrooms; restock as needed
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using BAM! and ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and presentation with attention to safety
- Keep ingredients stocked and equipment clean; contribute to bell-ringing experience
- Arrive on shift with a positive attitude and support restaurant success
- Follow food safety and preparation procedures; uphold high quality standards
- Practice a clean-as-you-go mentality to keep interior and exterior clean and safe
What We're Looking For
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work rotating shifts
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to positively impact guest experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and timeliness
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and training materials
- Physical ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks; exposure to cooking fumes; moderate noise
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to food safety and cleanliness
