About the Role The role involves assisting with adjustment, operation and supervision of production machines according to regulations (factory data collection or TSOP, work instructions), with focus on qualitative and timely completion of orders. Set up the machine according to the setting-up plan and perform quality controls; report deviations to the supervisor. Monitor the machine's technical state and ensure flawless function, taking action in case of technical errors and reporting to the supervisor.
What You'll Do
- Set up the machine according to the setting-up plan.
- Assist with machine operation and supervise its technical state for flawless function.
- Perform quality controls according to TSOP; report deviations to supervisor.
- Check safety installations and separate material with failures.
- Conduct quality checks according to inspection plan and regulations; record manufacturing and testing documentation.
- Perform optical control for defects and mark their positions; separate defective products.
- Manage resources and materials (auxiliary, residual, operating materials, subassemblies, pre-products).
- Ensure timely supply and disposal of tools and materials; adhere to IMS and function manual procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within automotive or chemical industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Production, 5S, and PDCA.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of polymer processes is a plus.
