Team Member (Cashier, Pizza Maker, Barista)

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a Team Member to work as a cashier, pizza maker, or barista at locations across Lagos, including Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Sangotedo, Maryland, Obalende. This is a full-time position.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit.

• Efficiently handle cash, card, and mobile payments using the POS system.

• Maintain accurate cash register balances at the start and end of each shift.

• Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to customers.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Follow all cash handling, security, and health & safety policies.

• Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, SSCE / GCE, or NECO.

• 0 - 1 year of cashier experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, cafes, hotels, etc).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic math and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations gracefully.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Salary is N78,800.00 per month.
