As a Team Manager (Watches & Jewellery), you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will lead and manage a team of 6-9 selling staff, focusing on inspiring them to consistently deliver the highest level of client experience and product expertise.
You will be tasked to drive your team to achieve business performance and to exceed sales targets, recruiting and retaining valuable Clients. Your role will also involve team coaching, development, training and recruitment.

- Ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered by your team at all times, via exceptional storytelling and cultivating memorable moments
