How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will bridge local operational needs with global strategy, serving as the primary point of contact for HR matters and managing approvals and legal responsibilities for administrative topics.
- Mentor team members to enhance motivation and development, while supporting line managers in boosting team engagement.
- Actively participate in recruitment processes and provide local support for operational issues, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Embrace daily challenges that allow you to innovate and improve, making a significant impact on our team’s success.
- Your passion for empowering people and fostering a collaborative environment will inspire those around you to thrive.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- 5+ years of proven leadership abilities with experience in people management and local operations.
- Understanding of Hungarian labor law and HR practices.
- A solution-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to mentor and empower team members effectively, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English, German is a plus with a willingness to travel for business purposes. (up to 20%)
