Secure Kanban system run well, meet order demand of SU and overseas internal customer with good quality and DOT.

Understand and use ALPS tool very well, secure whole organization in good management and execution.

About the job:

Know all production process, product and document well, including plates regcognition, process and cycle time, bottleneck and capacity, and related tracibility record.

Know Kanban system running principle, secure its running smooth and stable, not only meet order demand, but also good efficiency.

Inventory management, including coils and plates daily review, stocktaking activities, release clear and complete instruction to TLs and MHs.

Document control, including process, technical, template table.

Skilled on ALPS tools, including 4 priority, complete CSB process, 5S, TPM, PRP, SOP and so on.

Team management, including behavior development, execution strengthen, effective performance appraisal evaluation and setup.
-
Responsible for weekly and monthly report.

Production data analysis.

What you know:
-
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
-
Relevant Leadership and management skills.
-
Above 3 years of experience from production/manufacturing company.
-
Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus.

Project work experience is a plus.
