Job title: Team Leader Structural & Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Operational involvement in projects as well as supporting project teams during proposal preparation
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, guidance, and development of the team in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
- Regular evaluation of team performance regarding timelines, budget, quality, and effectiveness, including initiating and monitoring corrective measures
- Analysis of short to mid term workforce needs, contribution to capacity planning, and coordination with project and department leadership
- Initiation of recruitment processes and ensuring a structured onboarding experience for new team members in collaboration with the department lead and HR
