About the Role The Team Leader will mentor and guide the diverse store team in Paris, Le Marais, partnering closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver outstanding service, drive growth for Dr Martens, and foster a positive, healthy working environment where wellbeing matters. What You'll Do
- Assume daily retail operations in line with company expectations (coaching, sales analysis, visual merchandising, and administration).
- Take full responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Own health, safety and security within the store.
- Hit the KPIs (sales/CR/UPT) in line with the store’s P&L budget.
- Lead and model high standards of customer experience and product knowledge through coaching to create a consistent in-store experience.
- Ensure proper stock control procedures including inventory, receiving deliveries, and loss-prevention actions.
- Collaborate closely with country/area leadership to make store decisions aligned with business objectives. What We're Looking For
- Passion for our products.
- Experience in a similar role as an assistant or supervisor, ideally within a fashion/lifestyle brand, for several years.
- Comfortable coaching, developing and mentoring teams.
- Sales-focused and able to drive others to meet store objectives.
- Resilient with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Professional English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
- Good IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office and POS systems. Nice to Have
- Experience in a fashion/lifestyle brand context.
