About the Role Team Leader for Quality Operations responsible for ensuring QA activities across samples and pre-production, validation and release of production areas and equipment, and authorization of new equipment. The role leads corrective and preventive actions and drives continuous improvement to meet quality targets in an automotive manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Ensure the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases
- Ensure the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment
- Ensure the control of non-conforming products
- Leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures
- Responsible for elaboration and follow-up of a Quality Improvement Plan to reach the Targets
- Participates on daily basis on the Quality Meeting with production (Line QRQC)
- Is authorized to stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes/products What We're Looking For
- Education: Engineer/Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
- Experience: 4 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Languages: French and English are mandatory

- Professional competence: Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
