Als Team Leader weet jij als geen ander hoe het proces eruit ziet, waar de bottlenecks zitten en hoe jij deze in samenwerking met jouw team kan oplossen. Jij pakt de leidende rol in verbeter projecten en weet alle stakeholders goed mee te nemen in jouw verhaal. Met jouw fundament bouwt FrieslandCampina verder aan de fundering richting een efficiëntere, snellere, duurzame en kwalitatief hoogstaande productie locatie.
Hoe ga je dit doen?
Je werkt nauw samen met de Productie manager, collega Team Leaders en andere stakeholders als TD, QA, Planning, HR & SHE. Je geeft leiding aan een groep van 14 FTE. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de resultaten en het trainen van jouw team. Je geeft leiding aan verbeter projecten en zorgt voor verbeteringen op OEE, veiligheid en kwaliteit
