Direct Sales Support is part of Global Growth Support in Coloplast Business Centre (CPBC) in Szczecin. We support Lilial by delivering Lilial Business Support services that help ensure smooth commercial operations, strong revenue outcomes and a high-quality customer experience. Our focus is reliable daily delivery, continuous improvement and smart automation in close collaboration with our stakeholders in Lilial à domicile.

About the job

Are you passionate about leading people, improving processes and finding smarter ways of working? As our Team Leader, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of Lilial Business Support services. You will lead a team supporting critical commercial processes, with a strong focus on invoicing completeness, billing accuracy, backlog management and operational efficiency.

Working closely with Lilial à domicile and internal partners, you will turn operational challenges into improvements through standardisation, automation and new technology. You will also lead the team through key commercial and system changes, helping translate new solutions into stable and effective day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 20 people, creating engagement, clear ownership and a strong performance culture
• Secure stable day-to-day delivery of Lilial Business Support services, meeting agreed deadlines and service expectations
• Improve revenue and service outcomes by driving invoicing completeness, billing accuracy and backlog reduction
• Monitor operational performance, analyse root causes, and act on insights using relevant reports and high-volume data
• Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation opportunities within commercial support processes (including AI-enabled solutions where relevant)
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with Lilial à domicile, ensuring clear communication, trust and effective issue resolution
• Support major commercial process and technology changes (e.g., implementation and stabilisation), ensuring adoption in the team and smooth transition to business-as-usual

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (must-have), Master’s an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of experience in process management and minimum 2 years of people leadership experience

• Ability to analyse and interpret high-volume operational data and translate it into actions and priorities

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools from a business environment (including interest in AI/automation)

• English at B2 level (or higher)

• French will be an advantage

• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~10 days/year)
