Job title: Team Lead Supply Chain (x|w|m)

About the Role Team Lead Supply Chain within Sartorius Xell GmbH leads the end-to-end supply chain from raw material procurement to planning, logistics and customer delivery. You will head an interdisciplinary team and actively drive the digital development of our processes and systems to help shape the future with Sartorius. The role offers the possibility of day-based remote work at the Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock location.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team in Customer Service, Logistics, Operational Purchasing and Demand Planning.
  • Own end-to-end supply chain management from raw material procurement through planning and logistics to the customer.
  • Drive digitization and automation of processes and shape the SAP-ERP landscape.
  • Develop a holistic KPI framework for performance management and ensure transparent reporting, monitoring and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Distribution and global Supply-Chain teams to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Implement process improvements along the entire material and information flow and ensure sustainable execution.
  • Contribute to global projects and ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards and ISO standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in various areas of the supply chain (e.g., operational purchasing, materials planning, production planning, logistics or warehouse) in a dynamic environment.
  • Initial leadership experience; proactive and reliable leadership style.
  • Strong understanding of digital and process development; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactive drive, ability to identify challenges early and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and strong cost and process understanding.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

  • SAP knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP-ERP is advantageous.
