Job title: Team Lead, Payment Experience
About the Role Flywire is seeking a Team Lead, Payment Experience to lead and scale our global Payments Experience team. This role supports customers across Bengaluru and Boston and collaborates with Sales, Client & Payment Experience, and Payments teams to ensure a seamless payment experience and strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Payment Experience team across locations (Bengaluru & Boston).
- Define and drive process improvements, ensure timely payment processing, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales, Client Experience, and Payments teams to implement best practices and scalable processes.
- Monitor metrics, manage escalations, and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading Payment Experience, Payments, or Customer Success teams, ideally in fintech or payments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate across time zones; multilingual capabilities (Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus.
