Our Louis Vuitton store located in Legacy West is seeking an innovative leader who is committed to driving excellence in the Client and Team experience while driving the store's everyday business.
The Team Lead is dedicated to driving sales and store excellence through demonstrating exceptional floor leadership and providing critical feedback to the team. This role will also support driving success in overall team goals while delivering on personal sales targets.
Collaborating with the Team Manager, this role ensures an elevated client experience, manages assigned product categories, and supports operational duties while fostering team engagement. By proactively engaging clients, the Team Lead builds lasting relationships through personalized service and deep category expertise, contributing significantly to store results.
Job responsibilities
In this role you will motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals and uphold standards, fostering a high-performing environment. You will deliver on personal sales goals while leading the floor to achieve team targets, ensuring individual and collective accountability. Lastly, you will work effectively with the Team Manager, peers, and store team in delivering a seamless, elevated client experience

Profile
With a focused, entrepreneurial attitude, you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive both our position in the market and business results. This role requires strong leadership skills in order to develop, coach and support our team of client advisors to their highest potential.
To achieve the highest success in this role, you must have experience in driving multiple categories in a luxury environment and be proficient in building genuine relationships with both clients and team members.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $38-$45 hourly, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
