Role Description

Team Lead IPC, Overhalla

Job Purpose

• Plan and coordinate day to day activities for the team
• Be team members closest operational lead
• short time leave and absence
• need for overtime related to maintaining operation activities
• WinTid

We are looking for a candidate with a broad understanding for quality test program and operational activities in IPC-laboratory, and would like to develop and expand into people management by taking on a role as team leader.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate and execute activities for the team according to production plans, procedures and GMP/GDP
• Follow up and optimize team members workload and efficiency at a daily frequency
• Team responsible GMP/GDP excellence included training
• Maintain a positive and process focused relationship across the PHQ/Zoetis organization
• Cooperate closely with Department manager to optimize work-sharing
• May be assigned new responsibilities within function and company needs

• Good operational overview of the department activities and responsibilities
• Effective / good leadership and guidance according to our core values
• Communication skills across department/function
• Good knowledge of GMP and current guidelines
• Process and improvement focus
