About the Role Reporting to the Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading and working hands-on with the production team in an onsite manufacturing environment. The role requires excellent attendance, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams while spotting defects and driving quality and efficiency. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of employees across multiple manufacturing lines.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Make incremental process adjustments and monitor performance to improve efficiency and quality.
- Stay hands-on with daily production tasks and maintain a safety-first environment. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Excellent attendance and reliability with a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work across multiple teams, spot defects, and maintain attention to detail.
