Team Lead Field Service Engineer / Teamleiter Servicetechniker (m/w/d)
Was Sie tun:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von 9 Servicetechnikern (m/w/d)
- Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualifikationsniveaus im Team sowie Planung und Koordination von Aus- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Gewährleistung einer schnellen, professionellen und SLA-konformen Durchführung aller Serviceleistungen, einschließlich Installationen, Wartungen und Notfallreparaturen
- Analyse relevanter KPIs und Ableitung gezielter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Kundenzufriedenheit und Geräteverfügbarkeit
- Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu internen Partnern, insbesondere zu den Vertriebsteams, sowie aktive Teilnahme an Vertriebsmeetings
- Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und richtlinienkonformen Dokumentation aller Serviceeinsätze im Service-Managementsystem
