About the Role CNH Industrial N.V. is seeking a Team Lead to guide a group focused on safety, cost, quality, and productivity through CNH Industrial Business System tools and techniques. This role emphasizes hands-on coaching, training, and the ability to influence and motivate team members. What You'll Do
- Monitor the team’s operation with focus on man, material, machine, and method to detect abnormalities and drive improvements
- Lead other team members to achieve common goals
- Work closely with the supervisor in setting direction and deploying resources
- Train new employees to perform essential job functions according to SOPs and other available training documents
- Drive safety through assigned safety management tools and employee engagement What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
- Ability and willingness to work effectively with all employees
- Excellent work record and attendance
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
