Summary The Team Lead - Claims Service (Supporting Hong Kong) at Marsh Malaysia is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Hong Kong Claims Operations team, ensuring service delivery standards, and supporting stakeholder engagement. The role involves monitoring team productivity, coordinating workload allocation, and acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues. The successful candidate will provide coaching and leadership to team members, conduct quality reviews, and support onboarding and development. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 8 years’ experience in commercial insurance claims or related operations, and prior team leadership experience. Proficiency in English and Chinese, Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication abilities are essential. Experience in Hong Kong insurance, shared services, or Centre of Excellence environments is advantageous.
