About the Role Team Assistant (UKLT Assistant) will support the Commercial leadership team and report to the General Manager UK, Nordics & BNLX. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract focused on calendars, travel, communications, and project coordination to keep leadership focused on strategy and performance. What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and inbox communications to maximise productivity.
- Organise detailed travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, transport, and visa arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for key meetings; track and follow up on actions.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives; maintain visibility of priorities.
- Plan and coordinate internal/external events, leadership off-sites, and team activities; manage logistics with internal partners and external vendors.
- Draft and send communications on behalf of General Manager.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee expenses and invoices for the executive; assist with purchase orders and invoices for the team.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate communication between the executive and other senior leaders, fostering strong internal relationships.
- Review and improve administrative processes; provide general ad hoc support for Leadership Team. What We're Looking For

- Relationship Building: strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Experience supporting executive leaders (C-suite or senior leadership) and managing high-priority calendars.
- Travel coordination, event planning, and logistics experience.
