Job title: Teaching Assistant
About the Role Aurora Linemere is opening its doors in January 2027, and we're looking for a number of dedicated Teaching Assistants to support the start-up of our new school.
What You'll Do
- Provide instructional support to teachers in classroom settings to help deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Assist with pupil engagement, behaviour management, and progress monitoring for students.
- Contribute to creating and sustaining a positive, inclusive learning environment at Linemere School as it opens.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for education and working with children in a SEN context.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to be part of a brand-new school and adapt to evolving needs.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in education or care settings; any relevant qualifications.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £22,996 to £25,068 (Actual annual salary, dependent on experience and qualifications).
