Salary Details: £26,576-£28,531 per annum (FTE £31,424-£33,735)

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

Annual Weeks: 39 Weeks (Term time including INSET Days)

Stocklake Park School is part of the Vale Federation of Special Schools and is based on two sites, Stocklake Park main site and Harding House. We offer educational provision for students with complex learning difficulties, from 11 to 19 years of age.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the class teacher to support lesson planning, resource preparation, and create a positive learning environment.

  • Assist in developing and implementing individual education and personal care plans, including hygiene needs and administering medication when required.

  • Lead whole classes during the teacher's non-contact time and in cases of short-term absence.
