Overview: CIFman College is seeking teachers with backgrounds in Chemistry, Mathematics, CRS, and English Language. The role involves preparing stimulating lesson plans, identifying students’ learning needs, and assessing their understanding using 21st-century teaching techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that meet curriculum requirements.
- Analyse students’ needs, strengths, and weaknesses and structure lessons and assessments accordingly.
- Adjust teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
- Incorporate social skill learning into classroom activities.
Requirements
- NCE, HND, BSc, or Master’s Degree in the relevant field or related discipline.
- Relevant experience preparing students in private schools for external examinations such as SSCE and JSCE.
- Understanding of 21st-century teaching techniques in and outside the classroom.
- Essential social and interpersonal skills required within the school community.
