About the Role Duke of Lancaster Academy in Fakenham is seeking a skilled, compassionate and motivated Teacher to join our team to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and SEMH needs. You will deliver engaging, accessible lessons and help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive. What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to diverse needs, including ASD and SEMH learners
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress using EHCP targets and ILPs to ensure personalised learning
• Use trauma-informed, flexible teaching approaches to support intellectual, social and emotional development
• Contribute to enrichment activities and the wider life of the school
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote inclusive education and student wellbeing What We're Looking For
• Experience teaching with the ability to adapt learning to a wide range of needs
• Strong understanding of SEND, particularly Autism and communication needs
• Confidence in assessing and reporting on student progress; experience with EHCP targets and ILPs
• Ability to use trauma-informed approaches and foster independence and confidence
• Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing Nice to Have
