What You’ll Do

Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment

Lead daily activities, lessons, and routines for preschool-aged children

Communicate with parents in a professional and caring manner

Manage classroom behavior with confidence and consistency

Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

Work closely with a team to ensure consistency and care

What We’re Looking For

Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred

Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance and consistency are critical)

Warm, patient, and engaging personality

Ability to manage a classroom independently

Strong communication skills with both children and parents

Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up fully each day
