About the Role The Teacher (K-8th) role is a full-time onsite teaching position at Methodist Family Health, focused on delivering educational services and supporting treatment plans for students in need. You will develop lessons, document records, and collaborate with different public-school districts and/or other educational institutions to ensure students' educational progress alongside treatment goals. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement necessary educational lesson plans and programs, daily agendas, testing materials, and grading for students.
- Document records and monitor student progress.
- Work collaboratively with different public-school districts and/or other educational institutions to coordinate services for students requiring additional support.
- Support treatment goals by integrating educational activities with treatment plans. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; valid Arkansas teaching certificate in special education or approved waiver/ALP; computer literate in Microsoft Applications.
- CPI and seclusion/restraint training; flu shot required.
- Experience with at-risk youth preferred. Nice to Have
