Be responsible for testing and certification business expansion in the power transmission and distribution equipment sector across Guangzhou and surrounding areas, primarily covering low-voltage products while extending to medium- and high-voltage products. Identify and develop new customers (e.g., power equipment manufacturers, energy enterprises). Drive sales and channel growth for low-voltage offerings, proactively pursue medium- and high-voltage project opportunities, and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve sustained regional business growth. 深耕广州及周边市场，负责输配电设备领域（以低压电气产品为主，兼顾中高压产品）的检测、认证业务拓展，挖掘新客户（如电力设备制造商、能源企业等）。要求具备跨电压等级的产品整合思维，能有效联动内外部资源，推动区域业绩持续增长。

Maintain existing customer relationships, formulate personalized solutions, and promote order conversion and repurchase； 维护现有客户关系，制定个性化解决方案，推动订单转化与复购；

Job Requirements: 岗位要求

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Power System and Automation, or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation. Familiar with low- and medium-voltage electrical products and their applications, with a basic understanding of high-voltage products. 本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、电力系统及其自动化等相关专业，具备扎实的专业理论基础。熟悉中低压电气产品及其应用，对高压产品有一定了解。

Required experience (one of the following is sufficient): 必需经验（满足其一即可）： 1）3 years of working experience in the electrical product testing and certification industry, with hands-on experience in testing/certification project execution or customer service for products including low-voltage switchgear assemblies, low-voltage residential product, low voltage distribution product, high-voltage switchgear assemblies, transformers, and new energy products. 3年电气类产品检测、认证行业从业经验，具备低压成套、低压终端类产品、低压配电类产品，高压成套、变压器、新能源等产品的检测/认证项目执行或客户服务经验。
2）3 years of experience in the research and development and sales of electrical products (preferred in fields such as power transmission and distribution equipment and power system integration products). 3年电气产品研发、销售经验（输配电设备、电力系统集成产品等领域优先）。
3）Flexible working experience: Generally, 3 years of working experience is required. If there are outstanding sales achievements (such as independently developing large-scale clients or leading projects worth over 10 million), the experience can be relaxed to less than 3 years. 弹性年限：常规要求3年工作经验，若具备突出销售业绩（如独立开拓过大型客户或主导过千万级项目），可放宽至3年以下经验。

English proficiency. Have a good command of English and be capable of handling English business communication, email exchanges, etc. 具备较好的英语水平，可承担英文商务沟通、邮件往来等。

Sales skills: Possess the ability to explore customer needs, conduct business negotiations, and follow up on projects. Those with sales experience in industrial products (especially certification/testing services) are preferred; 销售技能：具备客户需求挖掘、商务谈判、项目跟进能力，有工业类产品（尤其是认证/检测服务）销售经验者优先；
