About the Role As part of EY's Tax Technology and Transformation team in Frankfurt/ Main, Düsseldorf, Köln or München, you will develop and implement innovative technologies and tools to shape the future of tax advisory. You will support clients in analyzing operating models for the tax function and Tax Operations and derive actions for a sustainable Tax Function 4.0. What You'll Do
- Support clients in analyzing and evaluating their operating model for the tax function and for Tax Operations, and derive actions for a sustainable Tax Function 4.0.
- Assist clients in optimizing and automating tax business processes and workflows, and advise on tax risk management and internal control systems for direct, indirect and product taxes.
- Use proven data modeling and visualization methods and design data models for Big Data analysis.
- Contribute to tax-technical conception and implementation of innovative tax solutions and advise national and international financial services companies on workflow modeling and intelligent automation of tax processes. What We're Looking For
- Completed studies in economics, business informatics, mathematics or engineering.
- At least three years of professional experience in tax advisory, IT consulting, organizational and business process management, or in the (product) tax function of a financial services company.
- Cross-disciplinary and conceptual thinking combined with very good communication skills in German and English (both at C1 level). Nice to Have
