About the Role

This role involves managing corporate governance, legal entity simplification, and reviewing governance structures within Deloitte’s Tax Technology Consulting, Legal Business Services. The Legal Entity Management team focuses on corporate document assessments, annual compliance, and management of corporate data, and leads governance reviews and corporate changes with central coordination and local execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage corporate governance initiatives, legal entity simplification, and governance structure reviews within Legal Entity Management.
- Conduct corporate document assessments, ensure annual compliance, and manage corporate data across entities.
- Lead governance structure reviews, corporate changes, and coordinate central activities with local teams to align governance and entity data.
- Support clients with reporting processes, triggering regulatory events, and other business-as-usual activities as part of Tax Technology Consulting/LBS.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in Deloitte's rapidly growing Tax Technology Consulting, Legal Business Services practice and a focus on corporate governance and legal entity management.
- Experience with corporate governance, legal entity management, governance structure review, corporate changes, and legal entity simplification.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across central and local teams and manage corporate data and annual compliance.
