About the Role KPMG is seeking a Tax Manager to join its dynamic tax team. You will collaborate with KPMG's network of specialists and leverage Ignition Centers to deliver innovative tax solutions for high-profile clients. You’ll help clients understand and respond to complex business opportunities and develop your career through diverse engagements, formal training, and mentoring. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage tax engagements for clients, providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
- Collaborate with KPMG's network of specialists and Ignition Centers to develop innovative tax solutions.
- Analyze complex business opportunities and client needs to deliver actionable tax strategies.
- Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to team knowledge and culture.
- Support business development and client relationship management where appropriate. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional designation (CPA/CA) preferred.
- Relevant tax experience, including planning, compliance, and advisory services; ability to manage client engagements and deadlines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and Ignition Centers or technology-enabled tax solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, diverse environment with a global network.
