About the Role Are you a strategic and creative federal tax professional who likes solving complex federal tax issues? Deloitte’s Business Tax Services (Federal tax) practice is seeking a Tax Manager for the Japanese Service Group (JSG). This role focuses on providing federal tax consulting and compliance services to large global and dynamic midsize clients across a variety of industries. What You'll Do
- Provide federal tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base in various industry sectors.
- Work directly with clients and manage tax engagements from planning through delivery.
- Address accounting for income taxes, tax restructuring, and tax controversy issues as part of client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff when applicable.
