About the Role Deloitte Tax LLP’s Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) practice helps organizations identify and pursue government credits and incentives tied to investment, innovation, sustainability, and community development. With more than 1,000 practitioners supporting clients across more than 150 countries and regions, Gi3 advises on complex credits and incentives matters for some of the world’s largest companies. As a Manager, Tax Services, you will lead engagements involving research and development, New Markets Tax Credit, Qualified Opportunity Zones, and related credits and incentives.
What You'll Do
- Lead engagements involving research and development, New Markets Tax Credit, Qualified Opportunity Zones, and related credits and incentives
- Manage client deliverables, timelines, and budgets; coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Mentor and develop junior staff; contribute to practice growth and client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Experience in tax services focused on credits and incentives, including R&D credits, NMTC, and Opportunity Zones
- Proven ability to manage engagements and lead teams
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
