Description: Tax Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in financial and tax law will join Cuatrecasas in Ciudad de México to advise clients on complex tax matters and deliver practical legal solutions within a leading firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tax advisory and compliance guidance to clients on financial and tax matters.
- Conduct legal research on tax laws and regulations.
- Draft legal opinions, memos, and transactional documents related to tax matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax planning and structuring.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial and tax law.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and international tax principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-services oriented environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with cross-border tax issues.
