About the Role Robert Half is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join a leading venture and growth investment platform. The role oversees fund accounting across multiple investment vehicles and operates in a fast-paced environment focused on venture secondaries and growth investing. What You'll Do
- Manage fund accounting activities across multiple investment vehicles
- Oversee quarterly closes, financial reporting, and investor reporting
- Review capital calls, distributions, carried interest allocations, and management fees
- Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers
- Manage tax compliance and investor tax reporting processes
- Assist with valuation support and portfolio reporting initiatives
- Improve operational processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies
