Tax Credit Recertifications Property Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Assistant to manage tax credit recertifications and support compliance efforts for an affordable housing portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Process annual and interim recertifications
- Collect and verify income and asset documentation
- Maintain accurate resident compliance files
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of recertification paperwork
- Work with residents to obtain required documents
- Support audits and file reviews
Requirements:
- Experience with LIHTC recertifications required
- Familiarity with affordable housing compliance regulations
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior property management support experience preferred
