Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Taxation, or a related field Extensive knowledge of business and personal taxes in Uzbekistan Knowledge of principles of international taxation (DTTs, OECD guidelines) Over 6 years of relevant experience in corporate taxation, preferably within a large professional services firm or a similar environment Visibility on the market (proven track record of participating in conferences, writing articles, maintaining network of business relationships) Proven managerial, organizational, and project management experience Ability to understand and apply complex tax and industry concepts to specific client scenarios Strong managerial, organizational, project management, and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work effectively in a team environment and supervise teams of EY personnel and client personnel Proficiency in business and tax technical writing Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
