What You'll Do
- Greet guests, guide tastings, and discuss wines to assist in the sales process.
- Process transactions accurately and handle point-of-sale duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized tasting room and manage inventory and product displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and upsell related products.
What We're Looking For
- Customer service-oriented individuals with a passion for wine.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work weekends/evenings.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain wine concepts clearly.
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
