Responsibilities
- Oversee tasting room operations and guest flow
- Lead and train tasting room staff
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through guest engagement
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate wine characteristics effectively
- Coordinate events and tastings with winery teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives
