About the Role
SAMsARA Wine Co. is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Educator to welcome guests, guide wine tastings, and share the story of SAMsARA in Goleta, California. This role focuses on delivering friendly hospitality and educating guests about the wines in a busy tasting room setting.
What You'll Do

Conduct engaging wine tastings, describe wine styles, and answer guest questions about SAMsARA wines.

Maintain tasting room presentation, assist with point-of-sale transactions, and uphold guest service standards.

Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming guest experience during scheduled shifts.

What We're Looking For

Interest in wine and hospitality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work part-time hours, including potential weekends, with a proactive and friendly demeanor.

Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Prior winery or tasting room experience; knowledge of SAMsARA wines.
